(Picture heavy post)
Yes another Chiarello wedding, only this time in Dallas! Perhaps I'm saving the best for last? ;) Anyhow, my sister-in-law Brandi, to date, has been one of my all-time favorite clients. She basically said make me beautiful and let me do my thing! She really wanted her eyes to stand out, and she has great green/blue/gray color changing eyes. Brandi also loves color! What do I do with all of this fabulousness? Yep. You guessed it. PURPLE. Okay, really, more like plum with a hint of purple... but purple/plum is my all-time favorite eyeshadow color. Why, you ask? It is a universal eye color enhancer. Literally, no matter what color your eyes are, purple will make them brighter and make the color of your iris POP like crazy. If you want something more subtle, use a plum shade which has hints of brown, versus a true purple. I recommend avoiding lavendar, as it's really not a very flattering color but it can work when blended with deeper plums and purples. For blue and green eyes, stick to a more warm based purple (with tones of browns and reds) versus a cool based purple (with tones of blue). And you don't have to do a smokey eye! Even just adding a purple eyeliner, such as Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils in Delinquent or Rockstar (my favorite from UD) or Tarte smolderEYES Amazonian clay waterproof eye liner in Fig (probably my favorite of all time), will do an AMAZING job of making your eye color pop like you've never seen before!
Back to wedding things. Brandi's bridesmaids were also SUPER easy to work with. I basically had carte blanche with everyone. Onto the photos!
Brandi with her cousin, Amanda.
Brandi's cousin Tonya, helloooo cheekbones!
Brandi's cousin, Amanda. Very soft and subtle smokey eye.
There's me! Of course I'm doing a smokey eye on myself, but with a bit of restraint ;)
Brandi's best friend, Meghan. Would you believe she was horribly sick all morning and most of the night? A little makeup can go a long way!!
Brandi's sister, Tiffany. She wanted a smokey eye, and how could I not with those big fabulous eyes?
Brandi being walked down the aisle by her mom and dad. Mom had her makeup done, too! Can we talk about how gorgeous my sister-in-law is?!
Stunning!
Yay they're married!
Whole bridal party. I have another pic (next) that I cropped of just us girls, sorry it's so blurry but I was hoping to get a better view of the makeup!
